I have a lot to tell, since my motto says:

Carpe Diem, but sustainably ;-)

I love my country, Slovenia, where I have spent most of my life. I am particularly enthusiastic about Styria and Maribor, the culinary capital of Slovenia. Where else can you find such a blend of grandmother's cuisine, dishes from neighboring countries, and top-quality wines and juices? Medieval towns are directly connected to the abundance of natural surroundings, and the cultural landscape reflects the sustainability mindset of the population - it’s clear why I speak about my country with pride!

My searches and findings are often transmitted through discussion tables, but sometimes I also write here. This way it is certainly better formulated...

PS: Do “Carpe Diem” and “Sustainability” work together well?

Because of my profession and experiences I can be sometimes (slightly) tough, but I try to hold off. This is not supposed to be healthy.  I love the people around me so I let the pressure release on the following pages.

Never enough time for vacation so I help myself connecting work and leisure.

How? I'm trying to bring hobbies into my job ...
I can always find someone that knows how to cook it better than me.

Don't wait to be invited, then, you should better invite me!
When there is a place one can learn, have fun or eat good, I wanna be there, too.

Unfortunately, time is not always on my side :(
